Our operations run 24/7, including weekends and holidays. However, availability may vary based on driver schedules, weather conditions, and logistical constraints.
AM2PM Logistics operates as a fully remote and dispatch-based logistics company, with no physical office locations. All communications and transactions are conducted digitally or via phone.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipment details are accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to revise rates if the final shipment deviates from the original information.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, AM2PM Logistics limits its cargo liability to CAD $2.00 per pound.
This limit applies to damage, loss, or delay of cargo while under our control or the control of any third-party carrier we may engage.
Customers shipping high-value or sensitive goods are strongly advised to declare their value in advance and arrange for additional insurance coverage. AM2PM will not be responsible for claims exceeding our standard liability limits unless expressly agreed to in writing.

Engagement with AM2PM implies acceptance of these third-party partnerships as part of our service model.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AM2PM Logistics disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service.
